Description:
At this point Elli is just about finished, her whiskers and reins are done, and I’ve painted the sand in the foreground. I’ve also tweaked the trees in the background (more detail on the right), and added some more detail and highlights to Vento and Melinda in the background. The white fence posts and outlines of the flowers are now evident to the right. Those are the final stages of the painting which I anticipated might be quick and easy.
