One more new painting – “Lonita, Waiting”

Last night I completed the painting of a horse that I’ve entitled “Lonita, Waiting.” I’ve also added several in-progress images and a description of the creation of this painting to the Works-In-Progress gallery.

Another new painting – this one entitled, simply but accurately, “Iceberg & Whale.” This one was a lot of fun to paint.

Just completed a new painting, not a Newfoundland scene at all, but a depiction of 5,000 year-old Stonehenge.

I missed the end of the auction, but I’ve since been told that the original and the remarque together fetched about $1,500 which will go to support amateur rugby in Newfoundland…

The original painting “On the Rock” plus a 1/1 remarque of the print “Newfoundland Breach” will be offered at auction in support of amateur rugby in Newfoundland and Labrador. The annual event (dinner plus live and silent auctions) will be held this year at the Delta

New painting “On the Rock” to be auctioned

Here’s the companion to “Sax on George” with my son playing his trumpet on George Street. Having painted my daughter, I couldn’t delay too long before painting my son, and in fact a number of people had emailed to ask when I would be finishing this one!
